CurseForge hosting, from $5 a month
CurseForge modpacks, in one click
Search CurseForge from your server’s page and press Install. The server fetches the pack’s exact version, its loader and every mod in it, sets the right Java for its Minecraft version, and starts. No downloading server files, no uploading, no start scripts.
What you get
All of it comes with every plan, from the smallest up. Nothing to install by hand, nothing extra to pay.
Every pack, one search
All the Mods, RLCraft, Better MC, Prominence, Vault Hunters and thousands more: search CurseForge's modpacks by name or by what they're about, and install in one click.
Checked against your plan first
Before you confirm, the dashboard reads the pack: its Minecraft and loader, how many mods your server runs, and the memory those need against your plan.
Updates that keep your world
When the pack's makers release a new version, the dashboard offers it. Updating swaps the mods and settings for the new ones and leaves your world where it is.
Every file checked
Each mod is fetched from CurseForge and checked against CurseForge's own hash, and mods made only for players' games are left off the server.
Packs other hosts can't fetch
Some authors keep their mods to the CurseForge App, which stops plenty of server installs. Ours fetches them from CurseForge's own servers too, checked like every other file.
CurseForge mods too
On a Forge, NeoForge or Fabric server, search CurseForge's mods for your exact version and install them with whatever they need, next to anything from Modrinth.
Friends get the same pack
The server's page links friends to the pack on CurseForge, so they install the same version in the CurseForge App or Prism and join.
A backup before every change
Installing or updating a pack takes a backup first, and a new pack moves the old world aside rather than deleting it.
From paying to playing
- Pick a size from the ones below. Big packs want more memory, and the Realtime CPU tier sets two cores aside for them.
- Open Mods & Plugins, then Modpacks; CurseForge is the first tab. Search for your pack and press Install.
- The server backs up, fetches the pack and its mods, and starts. Big packs take a few minutes the first time.
- Send friends the address and the pack's CurseForge page.
Which size?
One block for every GB of memory. Here’s what some typical servers need, from the same rule as how much RAM you need. Move up or down a size any time; the world comes with you.
- A light pack, 50 mods, 4 playersneeds about 4.1 GB
Stone5 GB · 20 players$12.50/mo - A mid-size pack, 150 mods, 6 playersneeds about 7 GB
Ice8 GB · 35 players$20/mo - A big pack like All the Mods, 400 mods, 8 playersneeds about 13.6 GB
Diamond16 GB · 75 players$40/mo - A huge pack, 450 mods, 12 playersneeds about 15.7 GB

Good to know
- Packs install at their newest full release; the dashboard says which version before you confirm.
- A pack's Minecraft version is the pack's own; the server runs the Java that version needs.
- An update that moves to another Minecraft version is installed fresh instead, keeping your old world in a folder, since worlds don't move between versions safely.
- Modpacks and mods come from CurseForge (curseforge.com) through its official API.
